I ran a straight 50 minutes today, and seemed to be making pretty good time. One downer was having to wait for Saturday morning traffic for a couple of minutes, shaking my fist on the curb. Evidently those drivers couldn’t see I was on a MISSION OF SPEED.
All up, I made 9.49 km in 50 minutes and 3 seconds.
I had a couple of hills in there, just as I chose a hilly route (but these certainly weren’t BEACH RAMPS!)
