Runs 35 to 38 (from 18 July to 24 July)

I have been running as prescribed, but awfully slack here with my postings thanks mostly to the Tour de France and having awful headaches on and off all week. Here’s the low-down on what I did, and will pick it up tomorrow!

Here’s briefly what happened this week (plus two personal training sessions)

Run 35: 50 minute run

Run 36: 2 x (10 minute slow run) + 10 x (30 seconds fast pace/1 minute slow pace run)

Run 37:  1 hour run

Run 38: 1 hour run + 5 x (100mt uphill strides + 2:00 easy run) + 1km at your fastest speed

That last run – today’s – was decidedly TOUGH!!!!
