Personal training and run 20: Monday 20 June, 2011

This morning I did a half hour personal training session which included a circuit of: push-ups, cross-trainer for 2 minutes at full speed, chest presses decreasing in weight (from enormous weights to 3 kg after the fifth round), and lower ab roll-up crunches.

My run was 60 minutes + 2 x 1 km as fast as I could go, with 5 minutes full recovery between the kilometres.

I made 10.83 kilometres in 60 minutes.

The first of my kilometres was 5.10, and then 4.55 for the second kilometre (after five minutes rest).
