Today was total crumbs weather-wise (yes, it’s a Melbourne winter, get used to it!) and I felt fluey. I set out to do a different run (which I will do tomorrow), but, beaten by the gale whipping up and my achey aches, I bowed out after 20 minutes. Things are looking grim, Jim, when Port Phillip Bay — usually as staid and sensible as a cable-knit cardigan — is rolling in surf waves.
20 minutes: 3.81 km
Early to bed tonight and hopefully a better tomorrow.
